Cancellation
We accept order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us to order@pinkomate.com if you decide to cancel the order. Your order will be fully refunded as soon as it’s cancelled. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the products have already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Customer must email us with a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
